BRIAN HEAD RESORT, Utah — Brian Head Resort is investing more than $1.4 million in upgrades for the 2025–26 winter season, aiming to build on the record-breaking success of last year. The improvements include expanded snowmaking, a new gladed trail, upgraded rental equipment, and refreshed guest rooms and amenities at the Brian Head Lodge.
Last winter, the resort recorded 181 skiable days, the longest season in its 60-year history, following improvements in snowmaking and grooming. This year, snowmaking has been expanded on Navajo Mountain, allowing more beginner and intermediate terrain to open earlier and stay open later. This season, thee resort is targeting 184 skiable days, weather permitting.
A new gladed Kids Adventure Zone will also debut on Navajo Mountain, between the Navajo and Maryland Parkway trails. Designed to introduce beginners to tree skiing, the zone will feature fun terrain elements and local artwork as part of the resort’s ongoing effort to create more family-friendly experiences.
The 2025–26 season is scheduled to begin on Nov. 7, 2025, with daily operations from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through May 10, 2026, weather permitting. Lift tickets are on sale now, starting at $14 on select dates. Children 12 and under ski free all season, with no purchase required or blackout dates.
