Rent HBO’s ‘MountainHead’ Mansion in Park City, Utah for $57,917 a night

PARK CITY, Utah — Mountainhead, the seven-story Deer Crest mansion made famous in HBO’s satirical drama “Mountainhead,” is now open to guests under an exclusive agreement with Park City–based property manager Luxe Haus.

The 21,378-square-foot estate features seven bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, and a glass elevator that links a spiral-staircase atrium to terraces facing Jordanelle Reservoir. Indoor amenities include an NBA-regulation basketball court, a two-lane bowling alley, a climbing wall, a golf simulator, a Dolby Atmos theater, and a wine cellar. An infinity pool and a ridgeline hot tub anchor the outdoor spaces. A private, glass-walled gondola provides ski-in access to Deer Valley Resort.

“Mountainhead symbolizes the pinnacle of mountain luxury, whether you’re hosting a family celebration, planning a company retreat, or seeking a serene winter getaway,” Luxe Haus co-founder and CEO Pamela Graves-Longley said, adding that the firm’s concierge team curates “deeply personal stays” with chef services and custom alpine outings.

Local history

TownLift first spotlighted the property in September 2024, when billionaire fintech executive Doug Bergeron listed the home for $65 million, a price that flirted with the state record and drew attention to its silent, Tesla-like gondola and resort-style amenities.

The estate became a household name after HBO leased it for on-location filming last winter. Production of “Mountainhead” injected nearly $10 million into the Park City–Summit County economy, according to the Park City Chamber, a spend offset by $2 million in state film incentives.

From set piece to rental

Luxe Haus, which manages a portfolio of high-end homes across the Wasatch Back, said the company will deliver hotel-level service at Mountainhead, arranging everything from heli-ski excursions to private wine tastings. Bookings and a video tour are available at luxehausvacations.com.

A current VRBO listing for the property shows an average nightly rate of $57,917 for Mountainhead.
