Fourth of July food, drinks, and music planned by Park City restaurants

PARK CITY, Utah — Independence Day in Park City promises to be as flavorful as it is festive, as members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) prepare to celebrate America’s birthday with a lineup of food specials, live entertainment, and exclusive events.
From July 3 through the Fourth, restaurants across the area will offer holiday-themed menus and experiences, welcoming guests with everything from backyard cookout fare to mixology classes on scenic rooftops.
Deer Valley Café will host AppAlaska Bluegrass for a series of live performances on its deck from July 3 to July 6, noon to 3 p.m. each day. The special holiday menu includes pulled pork sandwiches, smoked Niman Ranch brisket, cheeseburgers, bratwursts, and hot dogs.
At Hyatt Centric Park City, Escala Provisions Company will serve a Burger & Beverage special, offering a double smash brisket burger with a side for $17.76. Guests can also cool down with 50% off Canyons Peach Lemonade all day long.
Goldener Hirsch kicks off the celebrations early on July 3 with Aperitifs at Altitude: An Elevated Mixology Experience. Beginning at 4 p.m. on the rooftop pool deck, the hands-on class includes the creation of two signature cocktails, paired with sweeping mountain views. At Montage Deer Valley, the Fourth of July Cookout at Slope Stream restaurant will offer summer favorites from 2 to 5 p.m., ideal for families and groups looking to enjoy the afternoon outdoors.
tupelo will mark both Independence Day and its own milestone with a special $10 for 10 Years Menu, featuring small plates, select wines, and an Old Fashioned cocktail—all priced at $10 each to celebrate the restaurant’s 10th anniversary.
Some local favorites, including Blind Dog, Grub Steak, Handle, and Shabu, will be closed on July 4. Diners are encouraged to check operating hours in advance and plan accordingly.
