Here’s what’s new and noteworthy on the mountain this season.

Women’s Ride Series

Designed by women, for women, the Women’s Ride Series at Deer Valley Resort is all about connection—on the trail and beyond. Tailored for intermediate and above riders aged 16+, each session is led by Deer Valley’s professional female bike coaches who blend expert instruction with a supportive and fun group atmosphere.

With a low student-to-coach ratio of 3-5:1, riders can expect focused feedback, confidence-building tips, and the chance to progress at their own pace. Whether you’re fine-tuning technique or riding simply for the joy of it, this series offers more than skill—it builds community.

Clinic Details:

• Dates: July 12, July 26, August 9, August 23

• Time: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. or 2 – 5 p.m.

• Price: $80 per guest

• Age: 16+

• Ability: Intermediate+

Kids Gravity Camp: Two Days of Fun and Progress

For young mountain bikers ready to take on more terrain, Gravity Camp offers an immersive two-day experience that’s all about progression, safety, and excitement. Geared toward intermediate to advanced riders aged 10–14, the camp blends structured coaching with the thrill of Deer Valley’s downhill trails.

Campers ride in groups with a 4:1 student-to-coach ratio, giving them access to personalized guidance and plenty of trail time. Each participant receives a Deer Valley bike jersey to commemorate the experience.

Family-Friendly Perks

Deer Valley makes it easier for families to enjoy a mountain getaway with two unbeatable summer perks:

• Kids scenic lift rides are free: One child rides free with each paying adult, making family trail days more accessible and affordable. Kids four and under always ride free.

• Kids eat free at The Brass Tag: After a day on the trails, head to Deer Valley’s signature restaurant, where two kids (under age 12) per table eat free with a paying adult. It’s a delicious way to refuel without stretching your budget.
