HEBER VALLEY, Utah — Celebrate Independence Day in Heber Valley at the third annual Red, White, and Blue Festival on Friday, July 4. The day kicks off at 6:30 a.m. with a hot air balloon launch at the Heber City Municipal Airport and wraps up with a fireworks finale at 10 p.m. at Memorial Hill.
New this year, the festival will feature its first-ever parade, with businesses, veterans, and community groups marching along a one-mile route. Judges will award prizes for the best-themed floats.
The schedule includes a mix of free family-friendly activities, such as a patriotic walk, a hot dog lunch at Main Street Park, and shopping at the Heber Market on Main.
Festival-goers can also pre-register or buy tickets for events like the 5K/10K run, a cornhole tournament, and the inaugural Evening Concert at the Wasatch County Events Center, featuring country star Joe Nichols.
