Park City’s June dining guide: Father’s Day specials and summer celebrations

PARK CITY, Utah — June in Park City means raising a glass to Dad and soaking in the mountain air with memorable meals and events hosted by members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA). This month’s lineup includes curated Father’s Day specials and the much-anticipated return of Savor the Summit, Utah’s largest outdoor dinner party.

“Join us this month and celebrate our local restaurants, who have crafted unique experiences for Dad and will deliver yet another unforgettable Savor the Summit event on Main Street,” said PCARA Executive Director Ginger Wicks. “Make your reservations today to save your seat at the iconic Grand Table to take part in this truly communal event.”

Submissions Open for Mountain Mixer Park City

Also launching this month: Mountain Mixer Park City, a fresh spin on PCARA’s popular annual cocktail competition. Open now through June 30, 2025, bartenders and mixologists from PCARA member restaurants are invited to submit their most inventive cocktail recipes for a chance to compete in a live, public showdown on August 21, 2025.

A panel of secret sippers will evaluate all entries and select 10 finalists to compete in front of an international judging panel and live audience. The winner will be crowned Mountain Mixer Champion and receive a $1,000 cash prize and a curated sponsor gift basket.

Father’s Day Specials — Sunday, June 15, 2025

Alpine Distilling
Celebrate with the final release of Mountain Moonshine, Alpine’s 100% corn whiskey, available only at their Social Club and Distillery. Each bottle includes five cocktail recipes and barrel-aged maple syrup.

Collie’s BBQ
Open from 10:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. (bar until 1 a.m.)
Dig into house-smoked BBQ, burgers, and sandwiches with no reservation needed. Patio seating available, weather permitting.

Goldener Hirsch Inn – 4 p.m.
Enjoy a guided whiskey tasting featuring Bulleit Distillery’s latest and rarest releases, followed by cocktails and house-made charcuterie by the fire. Must be 21+. Reservations recommended.

Grub Steak – 5 to 9 p.m.
Dine on the Two for $60 Summer Special, which includes two starters, two sides, and two entrées from a broad selection, including steak, seafood, chicken, and more.

Montage Deer Valley – 5 to 7 p.m.

Stein Eriksen Lodge – 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Feast on The Glitretind’s iconic Sunday Brunch featuring a carving station, seafood, omelet bar, house-made pastries, and more. $75 for adults, $25 for children 5-12. Reserve via Resy.

Sterling Steak and Lounge – 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
