PARK CITY, Utah — Sponsorship opportunities are now open for the 22nd annual Miners Day celebration, scheduled for Monday, Sept. 1. Organized by the Park City Rotary Club, the daylong event will include the Running of the Balls and the traditional Miners Day Parade.
Miners Day is considered Park City’s longest-running celebration and regularly draws thousands of residents and visitors to Historic Main Street and City Park. In addition to honoring the community’s mining heritage, the event serves as a major fundraiser for the Rotary Club’s Community Grants and Scholarship programs, which support local nonprofits and education initiatives.
“Miners Day is more than just a celebration; it’s a testament to Park City’s enduring history and a powerful force for good in our community,” said Kristin Wright, chair of the Miners Day Celebration.
Sponsorship levels range from $1,000 to $10,000. Full event and sponsorship information is available at ParkCityMinersDay.org.
“We are grateful for the generosity of individuals and businesses who are passionate about supporting the local community,” said Mark Brown, the event’s sponsorship chair. “They know the value of their investment stretches beyond having their name heard and seen by the thousands in attendance on Miners Day, into a deeper relationship with the community.”
