Sustainable fashion meets philanthropy at The Estate Edit on Memorial Day Weekend

PARK CITY, Utah — A new kind of shopping experience is coming to Park City. On Memorial Day weekend, Beau Dunn is bringing her vision of fashion and philanthropy to the community with The Estate Edit: Park City. Dunn explains it’s not an estate sale in the typical sense, crowded and disorganized; it’s a boutique experience. On Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, beginning at 10 a.m. at a private estate in The Colony, shoppers sign up for a time slot to peruse the sale for an hour without the crazed feeling of squeezing like sardines through an indoor estate sale.

Born and raised in Beverly Hills, her passion for fashion led to creating Who Is She Wearing, a brand focused on sustainable fashion and community impact. A thyroid cancer diagnosis in 2021 pushed her to do more for others. During her recovery, she became a global ambassador for Walk With Sally, a mentorship and support charity for families affected by cancer. “We delivered Christmas presents to families in need,” she said. “Sometimes it was the first time those children had ever received gifts. I realized how deeply cancer affects entire families, and I wanted to do something more.”

Proceeds from the Estate Edit will be directly given to Walk With Sally. Dunn’s personal collection—from designer gowns to workout gear—will be the event’s centerpiece.

“There’s literally something for everyone,” Dunn said. “From $5 finds to $20,000 handbags, and all sizes, it’s a huge mix. I want it to be inclusive, something Utah has never experienced.”

Sizes range from extra small to extra large, with options for women, men, and children. Categories are organized by lifestyle: vacation wear, black-tie events, workout essentials, and more.

“We’re organizing it based on who this person is. Is she going on vacation? Is she attending a black-tie event? Is she running around town in workout gear?”

The event is designed to be community-focused and engaging. Dunn recently moved to Park City with her 2 1/2-year-old twins and saw a need for more women-focused social events. “I wanted to create an event that brings Park City women together,” she said.

Unsold clothing will be donated to their SHOP program in Los Angeles, where families affected by cancer can get clothing and necessities for free. “I lost a lot of weight after my diagnosis,” Dunn shares. “If I can give my clothing new life and support an amazing cause, that’s what it’s all about.”

To keep things organized and enjoyable, the event will have timed entry slots, with attendance capped at 25 to 50 people per hour. “I want this to feel elevated, like a boutique, not a mad dash,” Dunn explains.

The Estate Edit will feature music, charcuterie boards by Gourmet Grazing, and an open-air atmosphere aimed at bringing people together.

“I want people to grab a girlfriend, have a drink, and enjoy themselves,” Dunn said. “It’s about coming together, supporting a great cause, and experiencing fashion in a new way.”

The Estate Edit: Park City is more than an event; it’s a way to connect, support, and share. For Dunn, it’s the realization of her passion for style, her recovery journey, and her commitment to giving back. “I hope it brings people together and introduces a new kind of experience to Park City,” she shares. “Fashion should unite, inspire, and make a difference.”
