Main Street restaurants take center stage at Savor the Summit June 28

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City’s largest open-air dining experience, Savor the Summit, is set to return to historic Main Street on June 28, 2025, welcoming more than 2,500 guests for an evening of food, drinks and live music.

The annual event, hosted by the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA), will begin at 6 p.m. Diners will gather at the Grande Table, a communal setting featuring signature dishes from a lineup of participating local restaurants.

“Incredible food, innovative cocktails, live music, and great company meet at Savor the Summit for Park City’s annual kick-off to summer,” said PCARA Executive Director Ginger Wicks. Wicks added, “Patrons and the restaurant community alike are so passionate about this signature event, held in the heart of historic Park City, and we look forward to raising a glass together to celebrate our beloved mountain town.”

Reservations for the Grande Table must be made directly with participating restaurants. As of this week, the following establishments are confirmed:

Guests 21 and older can also enjoy the High West Spirits Garden, open from 5 to 10 p.m., which will offer the distillery’s infamous cocktails, beer and wine for purchase alongside a full lineup of live music. No ticket is required for entry to the Spirits Garden.
