KAMAS, Utah — Ballerina Farm announced its new farm stand in Kamas, about 15 minutes from Park City, offering raw milk and a range of locally sourced goods.
The farm stand features dairy products, farm-raised meats, frozen baked goods, and other signature items from Ballerina Farm. The business is operated by Hannah and Daniel Neeleman, who said they aim to provide a “true farm-to-table experience” through the stand.
“Sharing the raw milk from our dairy is something we’ve been dreaming of since starting Ballerina Farm in 2017,” Hannah and Daniel Neeleman said in a joint statement. “We’ve always wanted to create a space where our community can get closer to the land and enjoy fresh, high-quality foods from our farm and beyond.”

The Neelemans emphasized the farm stand’s role as a gathering place for both locals and visitors. They described the white shack, marked by a green goose, as “small but mighty.”
The farm stand opening marks a milestone for Ballerina Farm, which has built its brand around connecting consumers directly with farm-fresh products.
The farm stands is open Tuesday-Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., and closed Sundays & Mondays.
Ballerina Farm has been at the center of public discussion following a profile in The Sunday Times. The article highlighted aspects of their family dynamics, including Hannah’s transition from a Juilliard-trained ballerina to a mother of eight managing a 328-acre farm. The piece portrayed the challenges she faces, such as exhaustion and the absence of childcare support, which sparked debates about traditional family roles and the “tradwife” phenomenon.
In response to the article and ensuing discussions, Neelemans posted a video on Instagram addressing the portrayal of her family. She expressed that the depiction of her as oppressed and her husband as controlling was inaccurate. Hannah emphasized the mutual partnership in their marriage, stating, “Together we have built a business from scratch, we’ve brought eight children into this world, and have prioritized our marriage all along the way.”
According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, consuming raw, unpasteurized milk carries health risks, including potential exposure to harmful bacteria such as Salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria. Public health agencies advise that vulnerable groups, including young children, pregnant individuals, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems, avoid raw milk products.
