PARK CITY, Utah — Junction Commons shopping center has welcomed Utah’s first Paraguayan restaurant as Dos Hermanos expanded from a food truck to a brick-and-mortar location.
The restaurant, located in the upper bowl of the shopping center next to the playground, is celebrating its grand opening today.
“We’re beyond excited to bring Dos Hermanos to Junction Commons,” said owners Rolando David Sanchez and Gianina Vera. “After a year of sharing our love for Paraguayan street food through our food truck, we’re looking forward to welcoming guests into our new space and serving up the flavors they’ve come to love.”
The menu features authentic Paraguayan street food including empanadas, lomitos (Paraguayan-style sandwiches), shawarmas and traditional Paraguayan specials.
“We are grateful to Junction Commons and believe we will be a great addition to the center and the community, as we are the first Paraguayan restaurant in all of Utah,” the owners said.
Dos Hermanos is located at 6699 N. Landmark Dr., Suite N200, and operates daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
