Hilton joins Grand Hyatt and Four Seasons in Deer Valley’s expanding East Village

PARK CITY, UT — Hilton and Extell Development Company have announced plans for a new Canopy by Hilton hotel in Deer Valley East Village, set to open in summer 2026. The 180-room hotel will be the Canopy brand’s first location in Utah.

Located near the Jordanelle Express Gondola, the hotel will provide ski-in, ski-out access to Deer Valley Resort. Plans include a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, fitness center, golf simulator, ski locker room, meeting spaces, and underground parking. Dining options will include a restaurant, après-ski lounge, coffee shop, and rooftop bar.

Canopy by Hilton joins a growing collection of high-end accommodations in Deer Valley East Village, including the recently opened Grand Hyatt Deer Valley and the upcoming Four Seasons Deer Valley. The area is set to feature additional five- and six-star hotels, with more announcements expected as the resort expands.

Deer Valley East Village is part of Deer Valley Resort’s ongoing expansion, which will double its skiable terrain by the 2025/2026 season. The area will feature hotels, private residences, retail and commercial space, and a recreation complex.
