Baby’s got sauce and ski boots: G. Love pops up on Friday at Deer Valley

PARK CITY, Utah — Musician G. Love will perform a surprise acoustic set this Friday at Deer Valley Resort’s new slopeside venue, Chute Eleven, as part of the resort’s emerging live music series.

The March 28 performance, scheduled from 12 – 2 p.m., will feature the artist performing solo with just his guitar and harmonica.

The free, 21-and-over show is part of Deer Valley’s “Slopeside Sets” series at the newly opened Chute Eleven venue, which has been designed to host intimate performances in a mountain setting.

G. Love, known for blending hip-hop, blues and funk, will perform an unplugged set for attendees, who can also enjoy signature cocktails and seafood offerings from the venue.

Access to Chute Eleven is available via public transportation, rideshare services or by skiing in via the Ruby Express chairlift, which runs until 3:45 p.m.

The event is free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Chute Eleven is located at 9200 Marsac Avenue in Park City.
