PARK CITY, Utah – Utah won big this year at Jackson Hole’s Kings and Queen of Corbet’s competition held last week. Tim McChesney, who calls Park City home, won the men’s competition in the iconic chute. Ana Eyssimont, who rides at Snowbird, took home the women’s crown.
McChesney pulled a massive double cork 1080 off the top cornice and a switch 1080 at the bottom kicker, setting the bar high as the first competitor to drop. Eyssimont had a powerful run featuring a big straight air into a backflip.
Both athletes took home a total of $10,000 in prize money—$5,000 for winning their respective ski categories and an additional $5,000 each as the highest-scoring male and female athletes across all disciplines.
