PARK CITY, Utah – The Park City High School wrestling season has come to an end, with two standout performances at the Utah State Championships.
Despite a tough tournament for the boys’ team, Abi Pray (125 lbs) and Noa Omessi (135 lbs) made history for Park City, each securing third place in their respective weight classes.

Pray’s bronze-medal match was particularly impressive, as she pinned defending state champion Sydnie Dick of Uintah in the second round. With just two wrestlers competing, Park City’s girls’ team still managed to place 18th out of 24 teams, scoring 41 points collectively.
While no boys placed this year, the Miners fought hard throughout the tournament, closing out a season marked by growth and determination.
On behalf of the PCHS Wrestling team, coaches and athletes expressed gratitude for the community’s support, looking ahead to an even stronger season next year.
