Shake Shack among four new businesses coming to Junction Commons roster in 2025
PARK CITY, Utah — Four new businesses will join Junction Commons this year, bringing the total of new additions to 12 in less than two years at the former Outlets Park City location.
On January 15, the Summit County Council unanimously approved a special exception allowing Shake Shack to occupy a 3,500-square-foot space in the center’s 2014 expansion area. The approval increased the allowable restaurant space from the previously restricted 2,000 square feet. The restaurant is scheduled to open in Winter 2025/2026.
“We have three restaurants now, and it’s so that when a shopper comes, they don’t have to leave, right? They don’t come in, park, shop for a bit … and then have to drive over to Newpark or somewhere else to go eat. They can just walk right directly across the way, grab a bite, and then continue to shop,” said attorney Justin Keys, representing property owner Singerman Real Estate (SRE) at the council meeting. “We’re really excited about that opportunity to diversify the mixed uses … That’s one of the reasons that we’ve actively marketed to restaurants.”
Also joining the center is 2 Hermanos Paraguayan Food, which will occupy a corner space on the upper level near Banana Republic. Park City Nails will open next to Oakley on the lower level in Spring 2025, while Savannah’s Unique Boutique, featuring a custom hat bar, will be located next to American Eagle on the lower level.

Adam Greenebaum, SRE’s asset manager, told the council, “We’ve brought in a lot of different tenants, non-outlet tenants, traditional retailers, restaurants that are all performing very well.”
The property, acquired by SRE in 2019, currently includes dining options such as Jersey Mike’s, The Border Food Truck, and Chipotle. Engineering studies presented at the council meeting showed no traffic concerns related to the expanded restaurant space.
