PARK CITY, Utah — Basin Recreation is offering an exciting lineup of yoga programs this winter, catering to children and families. These classes provide the perfect opportunity to stay active, build mindfulness, and foster connections in a supportive community environment.
Running from January through May, Kids Yoga at The Fieldhouse is the perfect activity for children ages 3 to 9. Led by instructor Randi Jo Greenberg, these classes teach essential skills like patience, imagination, focus, flexibility, balance, and strength—all while keeping kids moving and engaged.
With fun and creative exercises, yoga helps children develop physical and mental resilience, making it a great activity to complement the busy winter and spring months.

Family Yoga: Valentine’s Day Special
On Sunday, Feb. 9, Basin Recreation invites families to share the love with a special Valentine’s Day-themed Family Yoga class. Designed to bring parents and kids together for a fun and relaxing experience, this class incorporates gentle stretches and mindfulness exercises in a welcoming and inclusive setting.
