Pass the caviar: Deer Valley’s latest après scene has arrived
PARK CITY, Utah —Deer Valley Resort is taking après-ski beyond the traditional hot toddy, opening a luxury yurt where guests can trade their ski boots for caviar service.
The venue, Chute Eleven, opened December 26 near Empire Canyon Lodge and operates daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the 2024-2025 ski season.
“Chute Eleven brings a fresh, new après experience to Empire Canyon, adding yet another way for Deer Valley guests to kick back and revel in another perfect day of skiing,” said Jacob Musyt, Deer Valley Vice President of Food & Beverage.
The menu centers on luxury seafood, featuring a grand seafood tower and a signature grilled cheese made with Ossetra caviar, butter-poached lobster tail, Rocky Mountain Sky cheese, crème fraîche, and honeycrisp apple. Laurent-Perrier serves as the exclusive champagne partner. The yurt offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
