Park City Mountain opens Friday: Here’s what’s running
PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Mountain opens Friday for the 2024/25 winter season, operating lifts from both base areas following nearly 30 inches of natural snow since October.
The Mountain Village base will run First Time, Payday, and 3 Kings lifts, plus the Tommy Knocker carpet. At Canyons Village, operational lifts include the Cabriolet, Red Pine Gondola, Saddleback, High Meadow, and the Sweet Pea carpet.
Ten trails and 3 Kings terrain park will be accessible. Open dining locations include Legacy Cafe, Legends Bar and Grill, Jupiter Java, Red Pine Lodge, Red Tail Grill, Umbrella Bar, and Murdock’s.
Starting December 5, parking reservations will be required at Mountain Village base area surface lots. Reservations are free through December 12 and remain free all season for vehicles with four or more occupants. Paid parking for vehicles with three or fewer occupants begins December 13. Free parking options include Canyons Village Cabriolet Lot, Park City High School on weekends and holidays, and High Valley Transit Park-n-Ride locations.
Resort hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
