Jake Wolf, an avid car enthusiast who still drives the first car he ever bought, spent his formative years traveling to Park City with his family. Despite the snowy roads, he believed Park City’s connected community would embrace a club like Warehouse.
The facility provides members access to an exclusive fleet of cars, a rich program of events, and an immersive community that celebrates a shared passion for cars.
Rotating Fleet Highlights
- Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo
- 1984 Porsche 911

Ken Block, who called Park City home before his untimely death, has a car on display at Warehouse. Video clips of his career play on a loop, and his daughter Lia, who frequents the club, appreciates the tribute during breaks from her international motorsports career.
Members enjoy a full schedule of events, from Formula One watch parties to yoga classes, dining experiences, and simulator tournaments. Signature events offer once-in-a-lifetime curated adventures.
Warehouse’s success has inspired Wolf and his team to consider expanding the concept to other cities, including Denver, Boston, Miami, and New York.
