Park City Police serve up trust-building event with community breakfast
PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Police Department will host a community breakfast on Saturday, Sept. 28, as part of the national Faith and Blue initiative aimed at building trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
The event, titled “Flapjacks, Fun, and the Force,” will take place from 8-10 a.m. at the South Pavilion in City Park.
“We look forward to interacting with our community and reinforcing our commitment to serving our residents here in Park City,” said Lieutenant Jay Randall.
Local partners The Market and Christian Center of Park City will provide food for the breakfast. After the meal, community partners and non-profit organizations will host games for children.
This year’s breakfast marks a shift from the cornhole competitions held during the past two years’ of Faith and Blue events in Park City.
