Charcuterie specialist Graze Craze comes to Park City

PARK CITY, Utah — Graze Craze, a franchise specializing in charcuterie, has opened a new location in Park City’s Redstone Shopping Center. The 1,075-square-foot store offers a variety of charcuterie boards and boxes, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences.

The franchise’s menu includes options like the “Gone Grazey” board, featuring cured meats and cheeses, and the “Vegegrazian” board, focused on fruits and vegetables.

The Park City location operates Tuesday through Saturday, offering pick-up services from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with local delivery and catering available between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Graze Craze describes its offerings as “artisan-inspired charcuterie” that includes “everything from sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a large party to Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for snacking.”

This new outlet is part of Graze Craze’s expansion strategy. The brand operates under the Big Flavor Brands division of United Franchise Group.
