Swaner to uncork the environmental impact of wine at ‘Wine Among the Willows’
The event will take place at Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter on Saturday, Aug. 10 from 4-7 p.m.
PARK CITY, Utah — Swaner Preserve & EcoCenter and Vine Lore Wine & Spirits are joining together to host the third annual Wine Among the Willows, an opportunity to sample various wines and learn more about innovations in the drink’s production.
Attendees will rotate through guided group tasting tours around the EcoCenter beginning at 4:30 p.m. where they will be able to sample a variety of sustainable wines from Vine Lore Wine & Spirits.
“We look forward to bringing back this fun and casual gathering this year with our new partner Vine Lore Wine & Spirits,” said Janna Coulter, community engagement manager for Swaner. “August is a beautiful time of year at Swaner Preserve to learn a bit about wine while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature.”
Registration for Wine Among the Willows is required in advance, and includes wine and non-alcoholic beverage samples at four tasting stations, hors d’oeuvres sponsored by Hill’s Kitchen, a souvenir wine glass and the opportunity to learn about the environmental impacts of the the wine industry.
All attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets are $50 for Swaner members and $70 for non-members, and are available here.
