Join Kamas Food Pantry for a grand opening bake sale and raffle

KAMAS, Utah — The Kamas City Food Pantry will host a grand opening event for its new location at 190 E. 400 S. on Tuesday, July 23, from 6 to 8 p.m. The community is invited to celebrate and support the pantry’s mission to assist those in need.

The evening will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a bake sale, and a raffle with numerous prizes. Attendees can receive a raffle ticket for every non-expired food item they donate, encouraging generous contributions to the pantry’s stock.

The new facility aims to enhance the pantry’s ability to distribute food and resources to those in need more efficiently. Currently, Community Action Services out of Provo brings food every other week to stock the Kamas Pantry. The bake sale proceeds and raffle donations will directly benefit the pantry’s ongoing efforts.
