Alpine Distilling honored among Utah’s top 100 companies championing women

Alpine Distilling acknowledged for fostering women’s growth and development

PARK CITY, Utah — Alpine Distilling has been named one of Utah’s 100 Companies Championing Women for 2024 by the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and the Utah Women & Leadership Project.

The distinction is part of the Inspire In Utah initiative, which highlights 100 Utah companies that offer family-friendly policies and practices, as well as women-specific initiatives aimed at promoting diversity in the workplace. The initiative is part of a broader effort to create a more inclusive and progressive business culture across the state. Alpine Distilling was recognized for, among other things, its representation of women in leadership roles.

“There are not many women in the distilling industry, and it is important to me to provide opportunities for growth and development and help shape future female business leaders,” said Sara Sergent, co-owner and Master Distiller of Alpine Distilling. “We’re thrilled the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and the Utah Women & Leadership Project recognize our efforts of inclusivity and representation for women and are honored to be included in the 2024 Cohort of 100 Companies Championing Women.”
