Utah’s largest outdoor dinner party ‘Savor the Summit’ returns to Park City June 22
PARK CITY, Utah — The eagerly awaited return of the Savor the Summit al fresco dining event, hosted annually by the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA), has been officially announced. The event is set to reconvene along Historic Main Street in Park City on June 22 this year.
PCARA Executive Director, Ginger Wicks, expressed excitement over the event’s return.
“On behalf of the PCARA Board of Directors, I am thrilled to announce the return of Savor the Summit this June. We want to thank our event patrons and restaurant community who support this signature event year after year, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to the Grande Table for delicious food, drinks, and great company to usher in the summer season ahead,” Wicks said.
The decision to resume Savor the Summit follows a comprehensive review and enhancement of the event’s permitting, insurance requirements, and safety liabilities. Both PCARA and Park City Municipal worked together to get the event back up and running in response to an incident at the 2022 event.
The 2024 Savor the Summit promises a lineup of participating PCARA members, each offering their own seasonally inspired menus. The current establishments participating are:
Bangkok Thai on Main, Courchevel Bistro, Deer Valley Resort, Dilécta Wines, Don Gallo, Eating Establishment, The Firewood on Main, Flanagan’s on Main, Fletcher’s Park City, High West Distillery | Spirit Garden, KANEO Mediterranean Bar + Lounge, Mustang, The Riverhorse on Main, Shabu, and the Top of Main Brewery.
