Sammy’s Bistro announces impending closure of Express location in Kimball Junction

PARK CITY, Utah — Sammy’s Bistro Express announced on Instagram that it intends to close its doors. Its last day will be Saturday, April 6.

Sammy’s Bistro Express is an offshoot of the popular local restaurant Sammy’s Bistro, located in Prospector. The restaurant was featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives with Guy Fieri twice, featuring Sammy’s “Chivito” Club Sandwich and Savory Chicken Bowl.

The Express location in Kimball Junction has been open for four years and focused on “gourmet takeout.”

According to the post, Sammy’s Bistro will begin serving Express favorites like the chicken gyro, Philly cheesesteak, teriyaki salmon bowl, and others.
