Give your gear some love with ‘Hot (Ski) Wax Wednesday’ at Stio

PARK CITY, Utah — This Valentine’s Day, show your skis or board some love with a special treat from Stio in Park City. On Feb. 14, Stio is hosting a special event in collaboration with Salty Ski Service: complimentary, same-day hot waxing for all customers.

Customers can drop off their gear from 10-11 a.m. at Stio’s Park City Studio, where Salty Ski Service will provide a hot wax. Pick up up your freshly waxed boards between 5-6 p.m.

In addition to the complimentary waxing services, participants will also receive a $20 discount for every $100 spent in-store on the day of the event.

While waxing services are free, participants are encouraged to make a $5 (or more) donation to the Utah Avalanche Center to show the love. Donations will support the center’s efforts in promoting avalanche safety and education within the outdoor community.

Space for the event is limited, so interested individuals are encouraged to sign up now to secure a spot.
