Man detained for trespassing and indecent behavior at Park City hotel pool

PARK CITY, Utah — On Sunday, Jan. 14, an incident unfolded at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel, where a guest reported the inappropriate behavior of a male in the hotel’s pool area.

Authorities were alerted by a hotel guest, and upon investigation, it was found that the individual was exposing himself while seated in a pool chair, wearing only a towel.

Witnesses confirmed that the male’s genitals were visible to others in the pool area, and several accounts indicated that he was observed engaging in inappropriate touching. Subsequently, the individual was taken into custody on charges of Lewdness Involving a Child, Lewdness, and Trespassing.
