Aubergine Kitchen celebrates milestone with grand opening of 10th location in Park City
PARK CITY, Utah — Aubergine Kitchen, the brainchild of founder Elcio Zanatta and his family, celebrated the grand opening of its 10th location in Park City on Dec. 1.
Located in Kimball Junction, Aubergine Kitchen continues the brand’s unwavering commitment to providing accessible, health-conscious dining. Its evergreen menu features global flavors crafted with unprocessed, and unrefined ingredients without the inclusion of added sugars or seed oils.
The restaurant touts a food philosophy with seven core principles:
- Tasty and healthy (not one or the other)
- Sweeten with fruit (no refined sugars)
- Focus on the nutrients (no calorie counting)
- Made from scratch (every day)
- Grilled or baked (never fried)
- Eat all the good fats (avoid the bad ones)
- Eat whole foods (living foods as well)
