Grand Hyatt Deer Valley slated to open for 2024/2025 ski season
Grand Hyatt Deer Valley aims to provide 387 spacious guest rooms, including 40 suites, 55 private residences, and 38,900 square feet of indoor event space
DEER VALLEY, Utah — Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Extell Development Company are announcing the expansion of the Grand Hyatt brand in Park City. Anticipated to open its doors in late 2024, the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley will open at the Deer Valley Resort as part of the Mayflower expansion.
Grand Hyatt Deer Valley aims to provide 387 spacious guest rooms, including 40 suites, 55 private residences, and 38,900 square feet of indoor event space, featuring a 10,000-square-foot grand ballroom. Guests will have dining options including an après ski bar and grill, a signature bar and restaurant, and a coffee bistro.
The property will also offer an outdoor event terrace with panoramic mountain views, a heated year-round pool and whirlpool and a state-of-the-art fitness center,.

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley will deliver on this brand promise by providing a luxurious retreat for group and leisure travelers alike after a day of exploration and taking advantage of all the resort has to offer.”
The hotel’s prime location at Deer Valley Resort ensures easy access to the slopes and various winter and summer attractions. As part of Deer Valley Resort’s expansion plan, the hotel will be surrounded by 16 new ski lifts, a state-of-the-art 10-passenger gondola, and an extensive network of chairlifts granting swift access to over 235 ski runs spread across 10 peaks.
It offers opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, golfing, horseback riding, and various water sports throughout the summer months.
