Game night tonight: 4A semifinals football, Miners vs. Green Canyon

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Miners will face off against Green Canyon High School from Logan tonight at the University of Utah’s Rice Eccles Stadium at 6 p.m. in the 4A semifinals. The winner will play in the Utah High School Football State Championships at the U.
Park City High School Junior Class President Cameron Lentz told TownLift, “Our Park City Miners football team is going on to the semifinals, we’re so proud of them, it’s been a great season.”
Park City is 6-0 in the region and 11-1 overall while Green Canyon is 9-3.
Tickets for the game are available here. $10 for adults and $5 for students/seniors.
Park City overtook Timpanogos, 28-24 in the quarterfinal game last Friday setting them up to advance to the semifinals. Miner Will Mccurdy, #26 senior running back, made an 8-yard run into the end zone with the final scoring drive of the game for Park City.
Green canyon recently bested the Park City Girls Soccer team at the 4A state Championship.
