PARK CITY, Utah — Parkites can expect rain showers and snow midweek followed by sunny skies throughout the weekend, according to the city’s seven-day forecast from the National Weather Service.

Monday, Oct. 9 

Today is forecasted to be sunny, with a high near 70 and calm wind becoming north northwest 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. Tonight is expected to be mostly clear, with a low near 43 and northwest wind 6 to 10 mph becoming south after midnight.

Tuesday, Oct. 10 

Tuesday is forecasted to be mostly sunny, with a high near 66 and south wind 9 to 16 mph. Showers are likely Tuesday night, mainly after midnight. It is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 38 and southwest wind 5 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Wednesday, Oct. 11

Rain showers are forecasted on Wednesday before 3 p.m., then rain and snow showers. Some thunder is also possible. Expect a high near 45 and west wind 5 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%, and new snow accumulation of less than a half inch is possible.
