Temps and snow predicted to drop in Park City this week

PARK CITY, Utah — An early season snow storm is in the forecast this week as the warm fall weather comes to an end. Starting Wednesday night temperatures are forecast to be in the 40s for a high and 20′ for a low accompanied by a rain/ now mix through Friday. Significant snow accumulations are not forecast in town at this time.

Powder Chasers says the storm could bring 12-25 inches to Montana and northern Wyoming. Utah could still see 5-10 inches favoring the northern Wasatch mountains through Thursday.

A second cold front worth keeping an eye on is expected to move in Oct. 29 – 30 that Powder Chasers says has potential to deliver double-digit snowfall to the Wasatch Range. Powder Bouy is also calling for a storm around this time.
