Restaurants adjust to shoulder season with new hours
PARK CITY, Utah — Shoulder season is here, and restaurants are prepping for a busy winter season, especially with signs of early snow. Some restaurants choose to adjust hours and enjoy the slower season, while for others, it’s business as usual.
“Many of our restaurants will maintain their normal business hours through the fall season, which is a great time for locals to dine out or enjoy convenient carry-out options as the weather gets chillier,” Park City Area Restaurant Association Executive Director Ginger Wicks said. “Some member restaurants will shorten their hours or close temporarily, giving staff a well-deserved rest and an opportunity to recharge before winter’s arrival.”
