‘Friends Experience,’ based on sitcom, comes to SLC

UTAH — “The Friends Experience: The One in Salt Lake City” is coming to Salt Lake City’s The Gateway (16 N. Rio Grande St.), opening Friday, Oct. 20 and running through Jan. 28, 2024.

Tickets start at $26.50 and are on sale now.

Friends revolved around the lives of six close-knit friends living in Manhattan — Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Joey, and Phoebe. The show balanced humor with heartfelt moments as it explored themes of friendship, love, and the trials and triumphs of life in one’s 20s and 30s.

Now, fans of the TV show and others can immerse themselves in the world of Friends, exploring set re-creations, props and costumes and recreating favorite moments, from posing in front of Rachel and Monica’s iconic purple door to sitting on the orange couch at Central Perk.
