Driver trapped in vehicle after head-on collision on Echo Canyon Road

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — The driver of a vehicle was trapped in their car after a head-on collision on Echo Canyon Road last night.
According to a statement from the North Summit Fire Service District, multiple local agencies were dispatched to a head on collision on Echo Canyon Road at approximately 7:50 p.m.
The trapped driver was extracted by the North Summit Fire Service District and transported by ambulance to a trauma center in the Ogden area.
The Summit County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the accident.
