PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Library is inviting you to participate in a costume swap, a way to save money, reduce waste, and celebrate the spirit of sharing. From Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, the public can bring in gently loved kids and adult costumes and discover new ones during open business hours.
By exchanging costumes, you can give them a new life and find unique outfits for yourself or your little ones.
