Metropolitan Theatres to celebrate National Cinema Day on August 27 with special screenings and ticket prices
PARK CITY, Utah — Metropolitan Theatres announced yesterday that it will partner with the Cinema Foundation to offer special movie screenings and ticket prices in honor of the second annual National Cinema Day, this Sunday, August 27.
Joining forces for this one-day extravaganza, Metropolitan Theatres’ Redstone Cinema at 6030 North Market Street in Park City, and Holiday Village Cinemas at 1776 Park Avenue Park City, have prepared a lineup of movies that will captivate audiences of all ages.
Admissions for all movies will be offered at an exclusive discounted price of just $4 per ticket. In addition, moviegoers can also indulge in a National Cinema Day combo featuring popcorn and soda for $6.
Offering an array of films, including “Gran Turismo: Based on a True Story,” “Golda,” “The Hill,” and “Retribution.” Also blockbuster hits like “Barbie,” “Oppenheimer,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,” “Meg 2: The Trench,” “Strays,” “Blue Beetle,” “Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part 1,” and “Sound of Freedom.” Family favorite, “The Super Mario Bros. Movie,” will also return.
