HEBER, Utah — Heber City has invited the public to come celebrate independence, family, faith, and country at its first-ever Red, White, and Blue Festival on Tuesday, July 4.
Festivities will begin early at Heber City’s Main Street Park with a 5K and 10K run/walk, followed by a patriotic walk, breakfast and a flag ceremony.
