PARK CITY, Utah — Locally-trusted Inhabit Park City brings readers weekly listings in partnership with the globally-trusted Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, but the women behind Inhabit are what clients and new residents rely on for real estate insight, local knowledge, and finding a perfect fit in Park City.
Julie Snyder, founder of Inhabit, aims to understand her client’s needs, what they like, and the lifestyle they seek before finding and presenting carefully curated choices that fulfill their criteria and wishes. Julie describes herself as honest, analytical, and passionate. She created INHABIT to help you make a great investment and inhabit not just a home but a community.
Julie attended Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where she majored in communication. While at school, she began her business career by taking design courses and launching a women’s accessory company. Following this, she opened two popular women’s casual clothing stores in the suburbs of Boston, Massachusetts, which she ran for six years before moving to Park City. Her previous business experience and entrepreneurial drive propelled her to quickly become a trusted real estate professional in Park City.
Julie is a devoted mother to her two young sons. In her spare time, she can be found hiking with her Bernese mountain dog and English Cream golden retriever, in the backcountry on skis, backpacking on camping trips, cheering for her sons during ski races, or just enjoying the downhill slopes at one of the area’s legendary mountains.
This spring, Julie is looking forward to flowers and sunshine.
“Last year, we did a major landscaping project at our home. Unfortunately, winter came early and we didn’t get to finish. After so much snow, seeing colors in the yard sounds amazing! And while we had the best snow season ever, I do miss seeing the sunshine!”
“As a coastal transplant and Ivy League graduate, I saw a need in Park City for an honest, analytical realtor who provided a personalized approach to each client. So I founded INHABIT to help other families, like mine, navigate the complex mountain town real-estate market. I look forward to working with your family and helping you find more than a Park City home, but help you INHABIT our community.” – Julie Snyder

This spring, Kristina is looking forward to starting a garden.
“I had a small garden last spring/summer where I grew lettuce, parsley, jalapeños, and tomatoes. I’m definitely going to be expanding this spring. I love to cook, and even with my small garden last year, being able to grab a few fresh ingredients outside for a summer dinner was such a simple pleasure that brought me a lot of happiness.”
