Park City restaurants celebrate Easter with holiday specials
PARK CITY, Utah — Easter Sunday brings great brunch menus from the Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) members. With family and friends, indulge in lavish buffets, all-you-can-eat tapas, and plenty of Bloody Marys. Several restaurants will be closing for the spring to rest and rejuvenate for the next season ahead.
Easter Specials (Sunday, April 9)
Après Pendry will be serving Easter brunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Specials will include spring peas and citrus salad served with arugula, frisée, orange, grapefruit, peas, and lemon thyme vinaigrette, maple glazed ham with baby carrots, potatoes puree and roasted asparagus and dessert featuring carrot pineapple cake.
Indulge in a Sunday Brunch fully stocked with Bloody Marys from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Seating is first come, first served.
Celebrate Easter with any meal of the day. Breakfast will be served 7:30 – 11 a.m., and Drafts lunch and dinner menus will be offered from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Begin Easter dinner with a choice of salad or wild rice and mushroom soup before moving on to grilled tenderloin lamb chops with rosemary pesto, steamed asparagus, and hollandaise, and selection of a house-made dessert—$ 59.75 per person. Open 5 – 9 p.m.
Celebrate Easter Sunday tapas-style with Easter Tapas Brunch from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. $95 for adults, $65 for kids 12 and under. Dinner service will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the full, regular menu. Reservations are available on Resy.
Indulge in a lavish Easter Brunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Enjoy a variety of soups, salads, smoked fish, shellfish, mussels, Snake River Farms ham carving station, omelets, waffles, crepes, and savory entrees of Crab Oscar benedict, grilled lamb T-bones, seared halibut, braised Wagyu short ribs, a special kids’ buffet, and Chef Stevie-Ray’s dessert display— $135 for adults, $45 for kids 5-12.
Delight in an Easter Brunch Buffet with lively action stations of made-to-order omelets, crepes, carved ham, and turkey. Choose from dishes like acai bowls, chia seed parfaits, eggs benedict, shakshuka, a variety of soups, salads, a seafood display, flat iron steaks, salmon, and a special kids’ buffet— $ 110 for adults, $55 for children.
