Clockwork Cafe opens in Redstone
PARK CITY, Utah — A local staple Clockwork Cafe has added an additional location in Kimball Junction.
Located in the former Booster Juice, Clockwork Cafe owner Ben Farquharson’s new location in the Redstone Center sits in the shadow of the Utah Olympic Park where his daughter, Ashley, slides luge. The athlete, a Park City High School alum, learned to luge there via the Park City nonprofit Youth Sports Alliance and represented Team USA in the 2022 Beijing Olympics.
Throughout the past 10 years, the Farquharsons have opened multiple Clockwork Cafes in and around Park City including at the Silver Summit Business Park, the Outlet Mall, and its other current location where the former Subway Sandwich shop in Prospector, just off Kearns Blvd./Bonanza Dr., next to Alberto’s restaurant.
Menu items include custom, gourmet, freshly-made sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast burritos, and coffees, all offered at reasonable prices and available for dine-in or take-out, with a family-friendly feeling.
