Pendry Park City hires new executive team
PARK CITY, UT— Pendry Park City has hired an entirely new executive team, including hotel manager Raghu Addagada and executive chef Fernando Reyes.
“Raghu … and Fernando will be an exceptional addition to our team as they help us refine and build upon our foundation since the resort’s opening,” said Richard Wales, general manager of Pendry Park City, in a press release. “Each leader brings their distinct passion, knowledge, and expertise, which will further drive the property’s success and create lasting memories for our guests when starting at Pendry Park City.”
Raghu Addagada has been in the hospital industry for more than 30 years. His early days were spent at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in India, where he served in many culinary and banquet operations positions. Addagada will be responsible for supporting daily operations at Pendry Park City.
Fernando Reyes comes to the role of executive chef at the Pendry Park City from Maravilla Los Cabos in Los Cabos, Mexico. Reyes will oversee all culinary operations, including the resort’s catering initiatives and menu development.
After announcing in the same press release that Ashley Chaney would be taking over as food and beverage director, TownLift was notified that Chaney would no longer be taking the role. A replacement has not been announced, and chef Reyes will be taking a larger part in the overall F&B operations.
Pendry Park City is a modern mountain resort with 152 guest rooms and suites in the ski-in/ski-out hotel located in the Canyons Village.
