Park City Education Foundation partied with purpose at the Red Apple Gala
PARK CITY, Utah — Saturday’s Red Apple Gala, presented by Zions Bank, was a sold-out success, raising funds by the Park City Education Foundation (PCEF) for programs within the Park City School District. More than 290 guests attended.
As a result of the work of a strong volunteer committee, the hospitality of Montage Deer Valley, and all the night’s sponsors, people at tables shared a night of smiles and laughter together.
Guests enjoyed a curated Silent Auction during the cocktail hour with autumn leaves views toward Park City.
The Park City High School Band then led attendees to dinner. The dinner and live auction was kicked off with a fact-filled and impassioned speech given by PCEF President and CEO Abby McNulty. Guests bid generously on 19 Live Auction items and ‘raised their hand’ to support students and educators during the Fund-A-Need.
The afterparty, sponsored by Windermere Real Estate, included a DJ, late-night treats, and more.
General donations can still be made here.
PCEF Associate Director Jennifer Billow said to TownLift:
“Every year all of us at PCEF are gratefully amazed by the level of support from everyone involved with the Red Apple Gala. Our community steps up to support PCEF and our students and educators in so many ways, from auction item donations and sponsorships by local businesses to our guests’ astonishing generosity. Best of all, this funding will go directly to educator-powered programs inspiring all Park City students to reach their academic and lifelong potential!”
The Red Apple Gala is the middle event of the PCEF’s three annual fundraising events:
