Old Town parking at capacity, prepare for alternate transportation this weekend

PARK CITY, Utah — As of 1 p.m. Friday, Old Town parking is at capacity. This is the first day of the Kimble Arts Festival with the final day on Sunday, August 7. With route changes and parking limited, use of free parking with transit locations is encouraged.

Free parking is available with free transit at Park City High School and Park City Mountain Village.

Deer Valley Resort will also have free parking with transit to and from Old Town on Saturday, August 6, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Sunday will have extended hours with a start time of 9 a.m. and lasting until 6 p.m.

There is also a bike valet on 7th street with the festival ongoing.

Due to road closures, the Trolley will not operate during the Kimball Arts Festival.

During the Kimball Arts Festival, bus transit will have altered routes. The 1 Red, 2 Green, and 5 Yellow bus routes will travel inbound (toward Main St) on Park Avenue and will leave (away from Main St) on Deer Valley Dr.
