Poll: Mike Lee leading Edwards and Isom ahead of debate
PARK CITY, Utah — A recent Deseret News/Hinckley Institute of Politics poll shows incumbent Senator Mike Lee holding 49% of the vote with Republican primary voters.
Conducted earlier in May, the survey asked 503 voters who they prefer (margin of error plus or minus 4.3 percentage points).
67% of respondents said they plan to participate in the June primary — out of that group, this is who they said would get their vote:
Mike Lee — 49%
I don’t know — 26%
Becky Edwards — 19%
Ally Isom — 6%

On the evening of June 1, the three candidates will face off in a debate moderated by Utah Republican Party Chair Carson Jorgenson.
“All campaigns were asked to submit four names of moderators they would be agreeable to. We then took the names that crossed over with the most candidates in the race and decided on a moderator,” Jorgensen said in a news release.
You can watch the debate live on this web page or on local network TV channels including PBS, KSL, and Fox13.
