Vehicle crash near Prospector and Bonanza Dr. causes power outage

Update: 6:40pm Park City Police department has stated that Rocky Mountain Power has restored power to every business and residence possible at this time. Rocky Mountain Power crews believe it will take most of the night to restore power to the areas currently without power.

PARK CITY, Utah — A vehicle crash reported just before 4:00pm this afternoon has caused an estimated 435 homes & businesses to lose power in the Prospector and Bonanza Dr. area of Park City. Park City Police Department and Rocky Mountain Power are on scene and evaluating the time it will take to restore power.

As of 5:40pm on April 14th the estimated restoration time available on the Rocky Mountain Power website is before 5:00am on April 15th.
