Summit County Sheriffs in search of dirt bike riders who fled on non-motorized trail near Silver Springs

PARK CITY, Utah — The Summit County Sheriff’s Office is in search of several dirt bike riders who were seen riding on non-motorized trails between Park City and Silver Springs.

Upon locating the bike riders, the three individuals failed to stop at the command of an officer and fled the scene, unable to be pursued.

While the identity, age and location of the riders is currently unknown, officers were able to identify the bikes as being approximately 50cc. Additionally, one of the bikes is blue while another is red and the third is unknown at this time.

The Summit County Sheriff’s Office didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
