Pennsylvania man dies in accident at Park City Mountain Resort

PARK CITY, Utah – A 54-year-old man has died after an accident at Park City Mountain Resort. According to a statement issued by Park City Mountain on Saturday, the ‘serious incident’ took place near Molly’s Trees.

Park City Mountain Ski Patrol responded with the support of an AirMed helicopter and crew. After emergency care was administered, the man was pronounced dead.

“Park City Mountain and the entire Vail Resorts family extend our deepest sympathy and support to the family and friends of this guest,” said Mike Goar, the resort’s vice president, in a statement.

The man’s name has not been released, but officials confirmed he was from Pennsylvania.
